Just another perspective, I looked at both and thought both were too big to carry in my pocket. If you are a woman and have a pocket book that is another story. I choose the Iphone 5S because it was smaller, $40/mo,free with a 2 year contract,and unlimited talk and text. My flip phone was $35/mo with no text and 300 mins talk. The other deciding factor for people like myself that did not have a smart phone before is what your kids use. Mine have the Iphones and have helped me figure out how to use it.
