Both Apple and Android have excellent platforms. Some like one over the other. What's wrong with that? There are more apps available for my phone than there are for your phone! Seriously? Who cares? Apple has discovered that there is a certain % of users who want a bigger screen. DUH! It took them a long time to figure this out. Android has issues of its own but size is not one of them.
Good or bad in this new age of technology is simply in the eyes of the beholder.
I like Android but my computers all run Microsoft. I have no interest in a MS (or Apple) phone. Each thing does things the other things cannot do. Just keep my MS 8.1 (or next) computer working and keep my Android phone working and I am happy.
Also, please keep all those Apple phones working as I still need those folks to be able to answer my calls.
