Ipod touch or nexus 7 ?

I'm in the anti Apple camp too, but we are not talking about the pros and cons of Android vs. Apple which is a subject for another thread.
The kids just want to play games and have fun with an electric gadget.
I think the Ipod touch is more suitable for that purpose it is more durable. It maybe more kid friendly as well because IOS has fewer options to deal with.
The N7's biggest advantage is size however kids have great eyesight and small fingers. They are not as concerned about size as adults are.
