Is anyone home at DirecTV
I have now been in the queue for DirecTV for 1 HR 50 Min I'm a mobile customer and am getting error 41- 812 on system test and Rec Sat Guide stalls at 98%

DTV is owned by AT&T. Customer Service is dead at that place. The U-Verse modem failed at our church taking down the two phonelines and the internet. I spent 3 hours on the phone with someone in Asia trying to get them fixed. They never gave an inch. We were down for a full week before they scheduled a tech to come out to replace the modem. That level of service sucks.
