During the calls I mentioned that took over 3 hours, I repeatedly asked and demanded to be transferred to someone actually in the United States but they just ignored my repeated complaints about not being able to understand their accents.
The trouble around St Louis is the only other choice we have for internet service is Spectrum (Charter) and their customer service is rated near the bottom also. We're screwed no matter which way we go.
Customer Service is not a priority with large corporations in general - no matter how many times the automated voice tells you your call is important to us (total BS).
