Is anyone home at DirecTV
I have now been in the queue for DirecTV for 1 HR 50 Min I'm a mobile customer and am getting error 41- 812 on system test and Rec Sat Guide stalls at 98%

If you check any of the customer satisfaction numbers you will find that there are nearly exactly the same number of customers that are unhappy with DirecTV as there are customers that are unhappy with DISH.
