I have now been in the queue for DirecTV for 1 HR 50 Min I'm a mobile customer and am getting error 41- 812 on system test and Rec Sat Guide stalls at 98%

Before AT&T Customer Service was much better.....also when ever I get on AT&T's Website, I always say how can a Tech company have such a lousy WEB Portal....its gotta be the slowest and continually fails.
