If your phone came from a carrier, it probably has a carrier determined browser as well as associated apps for email, contacts, etc.
A Moto adroid phone should have a "Play Store" app on it where you can install the browser of your choice. If your phone came from a carrier rather than being an unlocked phone, it may have a browser already installed by the carrier.
My wife has a Moto G5s that is unlocked and pure Android so it came with Google Chrome on it.
