Is there such thing as a satellite radio antenna boaster?
I swear if there is a tree within a 100 yards of my van, I lose the signal and I don't have the same issue with my car. Can you get stronger antennas or boasters?

How old is the radio? Some of the older receivers are real dogs. Sirius tends to work a little better in the northern area foliage too do to the orbital path of those satellites
