This has been argued to death around here and it's just not that cut and dry.
I suggest the OP do some research on the subject if he's not already convinced.
But FWIW, In my own case I get twice the number of stations with my Jack here at home.
Next season I will run both so I can compare them side by side. - SCVJeffExplorerThere are two reasons to switch to a Jack:

I am wondering is the Jack antenna head will fit in place of the bat wing on my Antenna Tek antenna?
Yes, I did the exact replacement a couple of years ago after a hailstorm in TX. Only took a few minutes. - BTPO1ExplorerYes it will fit and only takes a couple of minutes to do the change over. I went with the Jack antenna after my batwing style broke off in a high wind condition on I-65. So far when I have used it I have been pleased, although I do prefer my satellite. I have had two of the batwings break, one on my Lance and one one my Rexhall. Both of them while moving with both of them down completely.

- RoyBExplorer III have both the JACK and the BATWING antenna with UHF dipoles here and the Jack seems to outperform the BATWING but at the expense of having to be very critical in pointing at the distant TV transmitter signal.
The BATWING with its somewhat broader antenna beam actually works better for me.
Just a couple of my observations
