If they told you that you could stream movies the answer is yes. If they told you that you could stream movies and stay under your plan limits, they were incorrect. I have my Jetpack set up to send me alerts when I'm 50%, 75% and 100% of my monthly usage. Also, if you are using Windows 8, there are constant updates happening in the background. You need to set Windows 8 to the "metered" connection setting. Verion will look at your usage and make recommendations for the proper package. If you want movies, you may have to up your GB.
