Judging Older Laptop CPU / Bus Speed Performance

I don't notice a difference between Celeron and Intel for websurfing. I do need 4gb RAM, though, but that is because I keep a lot of tabs open at once. YMMV.

I notice that one can generally get new laptops for cheaper than old ones, with similar specs. People try to sell things based on what they paid for them, not based on what they are worth now.
