Maybe he should have asked a manager. Whether I am hurting CW or not is not the point. CW should be aware. If a customer comes to my store and I am out of stock I ship them the item for free.
I actually was not looking for editorial from others, I wanted to make the powers that be know they should have a process in place.
Its apparent neither of you are in business because rule one is never let a sale walk out the door without a reasonable attempt to resolve an issue
As for CW I like them, always have. I just think they should be aware of l;ost sales
