paulsang....how did he receive poor customer service? Because the guy didn't offer to ship it? He told him they would have some in, in about 4 hrs. That to me is good customer service. The OP replies it's too far to drive and he will buy it elsewhere (Amazon). What is the staff supposed to do? Just because he didn't go beyond that to offer to ship it, does not result in poor service. Do you want the staff there to kiss your butt too? The OP made sure to mention that he drove 70 miles round trip to buy the product. That IS his own problem. He chose to do it. If it wasn't that big of a deal, then it wouldn't of made a difference. If it is a big deal, then you either check ahead, or learn to deal with it.
