:) Hi, the fact that you had to complain on a public forum makes it anyone's business that reads it and we are allowed to express our opinions too. Otherwise, send a private message to Marcus and be done with it. Your actions and responses to me and the other posters just shows what a self centered person that you are. And who are you to say if I accept poor customer service or not??????? But if I do get bad service, I don't cry on the forum like a baby looking for attention.
