King Flex

I have a King Flex satellite dish and use it with my two VIP211k receivers. On a one month trip to Florida the Flex performed flawlessly each time we moved and set up. It found all three required satellites easily. We arrived at a North Texas state park on June 29. Set up the Flex first time I tried with all my subscribed channels in HD. One morning several weeks ago we turn on the TV to discover the 110 satellite is no longer being received along with the Dallas locals. I have tried repeatedly to rescan and get all three birds. Several times it did work but in at least 30 attempts only the 119 and 129 birds are locked on. King Controls tech support tells me there has to be an obstruction as I am getting some of the satellites. Another King rep said the LNB cables need switching.

Anyone else experience this very annoying issue?
