Laptop or Chrome Book?
Wifes desktop died, want to replace with laptop. Should I go with a chrome book? Sounds good but I guess everything is out in the cloud, not on a hard drive, right?

We have 2 desktop computers, a Toshiba laptop and for Christmas last year, got our 10 year old dd a Chromebook. We also have assorted Kindles and other tablets. I love her Chromebook and find myself using 1 more often than any other computer in our house.
There are a few things that I can't do on the Chromebook, but it only occurs about once a month and I usually can work around it.
