Latest in Hot Spot devices?
I see we have stickies for cellphones, but not for Hot Spot modems. What is the latest? I am planning to go full time for several months this year and need modem without annual plan. In the past...

The coverage is always risky- I know that very well.
Even with my cellphone, working in the house 1 mile from Berkeley College, I had to go on the street to have strong signal.
Than my favorite camping spot - in the middle of nowhere, 25 miles from nearest village, 50 miles from the city has all bars signal strength, as the antenna tower sits on other side of the lake.
Also perfect coverage in Sierra Ski resorts.
Additional question. I just bought a house in Las Vegas.
Can such MI FI device be good equivalent to hardwired net?
