Our old 27" analog TV was in an angled cabinet.
I pulled it out and made a new cabinet door then mounted a slimline 32" LED/LCD TV on the front of cabinet door using a typical flat panel wall mount. Drilled hole thru front center of cabinet door below mount to route power cable and a 3" slot on right side to run audio/video/coax cables. TV hides all cables and they are secured along inside edge of cabinet with enough slack to fully open door.
Now we have a large storage cabinet plus a 32" TV
We have some thick dense foam that we wedge behind TV for travel.
