Incandescent lamps of a specificed wattage range are to be made no more as I understand it, But outside that range (Which would include Christmas tree lamps and 150 watt lamps, in fact I think 100 is the upper limit so some enterprising person is for sure going to make a 101 watt lamp) are going to still be out there.
The restriction makes sense... And most of the arguments against it are hot air, nothing more.. But to the o/p. at least learn how to spell it. When you do it the way you did it your credibility heads straight to the black tank.
