Stumbled across this: eBay $89 gets you sixty 3.2v cells Folks scared of lithium cobalt technology, this is the safer iron based electrolyte.

Edit: ok so pie in my face for math errors!... Does this look right?
15s4p 48v pack would be 48v at 21.6 ah and 1036 raw watt hours, right? 48 x 21.6 = 1036.8
4s15p would be 12.8 x 81 ah = 1036.8 watt hours
60x5.4=324 ah
Or
