That information was not correct as of this morning, but stuff changes. Using
www.dish.com/chat and selecting the Customer Service link should get you to the right people. Prepare a basic dialog ahead of time that states you are in an RV, you have moved to a new location and you need to have your Service Address changed (not your billing address). Provide the exact address for your location including a zip code and if it's an RV park something like site 123C to ensure no one else has that number. Be sure that your antenna is already up, pointed and you are watching TV as the signal will be sent immediately upon the clerk doing the paperwork and it is sent only once. If you can't receive it, nothing will happen.
