Looking to replace stock radio/DVD player

Our TT came with a Furrion DV3100 for music and movies. Has controls for speakers inside and outside. I hate this thing. The bluetooth is spotty, regardless of distance. It is only capable of playing certain DVD's, purchased and only one sided. If it is 2 movies on 1 DVD, no luck. Will not play any DVD-R or DVD RW, which I have many already. Any upgrade ideas out there? Would like to replace the built in , if possible, as there is not much area to set anything else (conventional DVD player) nearby or want cords hanging all over.
