Rudy thanks for the offer. I endured a rediclious 35 minute hold to speak with an agent. I canceled my order. I was informed it could take 8 days for a refund. WHY? You folks working on the float of customers money? Second I was told the reason for the poor service ( call answering and fulfillment ) was because "it's our busy season". That is just plain stupid. That we would be like Walmart running out of hot dogs on the 4th if July. Logistic supply chains and web management are time sensitive the slower you are the few customers you have. I would suggest Selling out to Amazon because it's pretty obvious your management has no clue.
