OTA TV and satellite TV are 2 completely separate systems and they should operate completely independent of each other. If your coach does not have a video control center where you push a button to select TV, Aux, VCR, etc then there will either be an A/B switch or you might find that the TV connection has been run to into the back of the satellite receiver. If that's where your OTA TV connection exists then the satellite receiver is your A/B switch. Turn the off the receiver and you get OTA TV. Turn it on and you get Satellite. You will have to run a new channel scan once you figure out how the OTA TV is connected to watch those channels. Since you mention you have a 2003 coach, have the TV's been updated to the new digital TV's? If not, you would be able to watch satellite but not OTA TV unless you also install a digital to analog converter box for your older TV's. Radio Shack still has these in stock and have the required analog pass-through option. You would need one for each TV.
