Low temp monitor
Is there a low temp monitor that uses a long running flashing light that could be seen by a neighbor? Would have to operate on battery in case low temp is because of power outage. Thanks Nick

There are devices that will dial a telephone number to warn you of low temperatures. Some of them can be programed for multiple numbers.
