Low temp monitor
Is there a low temp monitor that uses a long running flashing light that could be seen by a neighbor? Would have to operate on battery in case low temp is because of power outage. Thanks Nick

An alternative would be to pick up a thermometer with a remote sensor.

We use a similar unit to this to monitor the utility bay temp and outside temp. Set up 1 or more temp sensors before you leave and hand the base unit to your neighbor. Quoted range is up to 330'.
