Lube Pump Front Wheel Drive

I noticed on the Camping World website that I can get a lube pump for a front wheel drive vehicle for flat towing. Since I found out my 2008 Ford Escape, XLT, f/wheel drive automatic isn't flat tow...

those lube pumps work fine until they stop working.
