Magellan 7" GPS with free maps $89.95

I had a Magellan aviation GPS some years back. They sold it to me, and soon thereafter stopped supplying database updates.
I've never bought another Magellan product, and I suggest others seek an alternative.

I'll stick with my phone. I haven't used my stand alone Garmin for a number of years now and don't miss it.

I purchased a much lower model Magellan about three years ago for about the same price, refurbished. Mine has worked very well for me. If you want to spend 4 times as much without traffic, unless you buy an additional special plug-in device, by all means get a Garmin.

Hope yours works better than the one I had. Wife bought a Magellan for me for Christmas a couple of years ago. After a year of updates and yelling at the box I tossed it and went back to my Garmin.
