Mapping app that lets you avoid freeways?

When you purchase Street Atlas, you get two disks - One for the program and maps, the other for a nationwide telephone directory.
There is an install key to get the disk to work, but yes, you may put it on a second computer. That is what I did when I was using a standard PC at home and a portable in the rig. Do all the planning and then just transfer the route and 'draw' files to a USB drive and then load those files to the proper directory on the portable and it's good to go!! Now, I just use a single Dell Laptop with a 17 in screen and it is great at home and in the rig.
