Mapping app that lets you avoid freeways?

CoPilot app = $10 for full version (Android or Iphone). Working free version with some limitations. Both will let you set your profile - car, RV, Motorcyle, Bicycle, Walking. You can tell the app you do not want to go on various types of roads or tell it so much percentage allowed on this type road or that. As long as there is a route that will allow you to follow those settings it will route you that way. Maps store on the phone - no need for data use when navigating. Optional traffic (free with first year) does use minimal data to give updates and reroute for traffic.
