Maps Alternative
A am very disappointing with Maps on 8.1 and am looking for an alternative. All I need is plain old Navigation without any social media add-ons. Any thoughts on a better navigation app?

You can search for anything you can find in Google so, IMO, Co-Pilot has almost unlimited POIs!
When searching for a destination, select "Points of Interest". At the bottom you can select to search Google, Wikipedia or Yelp. You should be able to find pretty much any campground unless they have absolutely no internet presence.
