Mark, I need you to get involved in this again. When you responded to my first request (OP #1), I had the shipping label delivered via email within 24 hours from the Camping World Call Center. It seems the other CW customer service team members that I've been emailing back and forth think the shipping label is supposed to be sent to me by UPS.
I now have a series of six emails dating from 5/26/2015 trying to get the second UPS shipping label so that I can send the second box of the two-box order BACK to CW.
CW has received the first return (single box) at the Franklin, KY facility on 6/3/2015 at 10:17 AM. No refund has been processed for this return so I'm "assuming" that they are awaiting the second box from this shipment to be returned prior to processing the total refund of $254.40.
If you need me to forward my contact and account information again via email, please let me know.
