No offense to anyone in particular, but the kiosks have to be smarter and more efficient than many McDs employees I've dealt with.
Around here places like McDs have trouble getting and keeping employees, and they pay well over minimum wage. Doubt they'll be laying people off due to mobile ordering.
Try making a "special" order on the kiosk. It took an employee & supervisor more than 5 minutes to order a sausage egg biscuit with
cheese. The employee wanted to go back to the cash register where it could be done in seconds, but it seemed to be a challenge to the supervisor. It eventually happened!
