McD's wants people to use the robots (Kiosks) or phone app so they don't even have to pay workers.. If the store has 'em. I eat elsewhere. I like to deal with a HUMAN clerk.
Some folks just don't like change. I bet you said the same thing when you saw the first self-checkout at the grocery store but now you use it all the time. Progress or not, it's change that's coming and change we will all have to accept.
