if you want me to do your work for you, then you'll need to pay me. They want me to do more work, so they can eliminate jobs, which will not save me any money, but will add green stuff to the CEO's already bulging pockets.
It's easy to assume people who bad-mouth technology they've never used as just being stubborn. I really doubt you'd enjoy being in a long line of grocery-store customers with carts full of goods when you have 10 things, because CEO's have bulging pockets.
I used to hear a lot of **** about computers 15 years ago from the older crowd. "You're camping.. if you need a computer why don't you just stay home?" Yeah, I actually heard that.
