I went directly through them for device and service. The one surprise to me was that I cannot go on the Verizon website to monitor my usage. Some have figured out how to do it by putting the SIM in a device that can get texts so they can get it enabled, then switching back. Millenicom does not condone this - I think it violates their agreement with Verizon.
So, you have to either email them or open a trouble ticket asking for your usage. I have only run afoul of the overage once when my work computer automatically downloaded an update overnight.
They say they warn you as you get close, but apparently this put me over so quickly there was no time to warn me. So they shut down my access - for a month I think. They threaten if it continues they will cancel the service.
Of course I have since made sure my computer will not download/update things automatically.
