So, you have to either email them or open a trouble ticket asking for your usage.
You can also monitor your usage at the Millenicom website by signing into the "members" section and clicking on your product listing. The usage as of the last update will be the last item on the list. It's only updated on Monday nights though.
Oh, I almost didn't find it. Very last thing on the page - had to scroll down. Weird that it is down below all the shipping info where they send the MiFi 18 months ago! Thanks for the tip!
