Verizon also has a pay as you go plan.
While you can go on "vacation" twice a year, the plan that Verizon set up for former Millenicom subscribers is not a flexible as Millenicom's was. The maximum vacation suspension allowed by Verizon is 3 months, twice a year. If you want to use the service for less than 6 months per year, you will be paying for service you don't use. If you don't restart the service before the vacation suspension runs out, the plan will be dropped & you will have to start a standard Verizon data plan.
Millenicom had a 2 month free vacation suspension, and allowed you to drop the service for as long as you wished, then restart for around $20.00.
