Alan - yes it happened to us last monty. We got an email at 4 PM telling us we had exceeded the 20GB limit and our service was going to be shut off at midnight until the start of the next billing cycle. Our only option was to buy another Mifi device and pay a new account charge and a shipping charge and so 3 days later we had service restored.
