Networx appears to monitor the traffic on my computer, but can't monitor the router (MiFi) itself. That means that usage from other computers, my TV, Kindle, etc. on the network are not reflected in it's usage reports.

While I have never found the program to be accurate, you should be able to use it as a guide. You need to go into the settings and eliminate the LAN traffic and other options and have it monitor the router traffic (or WAN or something) only to get anything close to an accurate number.
