I do believe I run into the same issues with Firefox. Usually, after an update, the issues will vanish.
I also use AdBlock, with everything on full.
The times I can't do something and/or a website is acting funny with Firefox, I also have Google Chrome loaded on my computers. I just copy the link for the page I want from Firefox, bring up Chrome, and paste the link onto the bar at the top. Almost everything will work with Chrome, along with the annoying advertisements.
I've only used Explorer a couple times the past year, that was to access some State websites. Horrible experiences... I am reminded how wonderful the lack of ads and popups is while using Firefox.
