Running normal video projector from 12V is going to drain your battery (ies) in a hurry. Typically projector bulbs alone will be 250W-400W, not efficient. Typical projectors will have a lumens output of 1000-4000 which will be nice and bright and can be used at dusk outdoors.
With battery power limiting your run time you need to be looking at small low power LED projectors. The draw back is the light output is going to be 95-400 lumens and will require total darkness.
