Thank you, thank you and thank you again! - BobboExplorer IIAs you may have surmised, every RV is wired differently. On my RV, every source of programming is available to the outside television connection, except for the DVD. The DVD is wired directly to the television set. For that reason, when I bought a small television for the bedroom, I bought one with a built-in DVD player. That way I can watch a DVD in either location. As a side benefit, if I ever use a television on the outside coax, it will be the small one from the bedroom, bringing its own built-in DVD player.

NO! NO! It absolutely won't work, no matter what you do to make it so! Give up the project. It is an exercise in futility.
I know you don't wish to deprive your neighbors of your boundless good taste in entertainment, but they'll just have to get over it.
Bummer :( - noplace2ExplorerNO! NO! It absolutely won't work, no matter what you do to make it so! Give up the project. It is an exercise in futility.

You'd have to check with Jayco/Dealer to see if your TT has a similar setup.

The camper is in storage and I was going to buy a tri pod stand however I think I will wait now until I hook my TV up as you mentioned. - DFordExplorerJust try it and see what happens. You can't cause any harm by doing that and then you'll know.

All-
If you were to hook a TV up to the outside jack and put a movie in the DVD player, would you be able to see the movie on the outside TV?
There are many things to consider.- The outputs your DVD player has.
- Is your unit equipped with a Wingard MultiSwitch?
- Do you have an HDMI Switch?
- What wires are present.
Our Samsung HT has only HDMI, Component, and composite outputs, so I would need an HDMI cable Multi-switch or component/composite cables from the HT to the outside TV. All 3 of the Wingard switch destinations are spoken for and there is no HDMI support.
Another limitation is the Wingard Multi-Switch supports only 3 destinations, Main, TV2 (usually BR), & TV3/VCR (usually the Home Theater or Receiver/Amp) so splitting the BR coax could get it done. - bgradertExplorer

You can with ours because I have a multiplex box and all you need to do is put the movie in and select that input on the outside of the rig..
Is the multiplex a aftermarket device? - 2112Explorer III can on mine but yours may be wired differently. You may need to turn the antennae booster off.
