Assuming that the projector will be used at night with no or very little ambient light, a projector with a LED lamp should work fine. LG makes a projector/TV (HW350T) that draws 100 watts and is rated 300 lumens. Dell makes a 300 lumen projector (M110) that draws 65 watts. These could easily be powered using an inverter.
