It came up when I signed into my account, AFTER I put in my password, and it came up then. I never respond to an email in stuff like this, but this one was on the Hotmail page itself ... I put my email in he space, then my password in its space, and the page comes up.
Makes me think it's legit (can't fathom why) but I've been using this HM account for years and years -- never a problem ... well, the usual glitches, but nothing abnormal.
But, I want to check because 'tech stuff' puzzles me, and am never sure what the "clowns" are after.
