Over several weeks I changed my password to my MS Outlook account. But for unknown reasons I am still not able to log on. Is the someone who can give me assistance and advise on how to correct this ...

MS Outlook is just an email client. It's used to connect to your actual email account (Hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc). Did you change your password at the source?
