You will have to go to MS OUTLOOK under TOOLS and ACCOUNT SETTING and change the old account settings to the new account settings with the current PASSWORD etc...
Everything will be the same except under the LOG ON blocks. Your new user name and password will have to match what changes you made to your email account.
I think this is what you are asking about - like said above MS OUTLOK program itself doesn't have a login or password required. Just has to have the correct ACCOUNT SETTING for the email account you are using. That is how my MS OUTLOOK version 2007 works at any rate...
