As the previous posts have indicated Outlook is simply a client program in other words a program used to access your actual email account. Outlook itself does not require a password to run. Since your post is a little unclear what you need to provide is exactly how and where you changed your password. For instance did you actually change your password on the email server or did you just go into outlook under Tools as RoyB has outlined. If you have simply changed it under Outlook Tools go back and change it back. If you want to change your actual email password then you first need to do so by logging into your email provider's web page. For instance if Roadrunner is your email provider then you would go to the roadrunner home page and click on mail. From there you would log into your email account. You will then find a settings link where you will be able change the password. After doing that you then need to go back into Outlook and make the change there as has already been outlined by RoyB.
