MS Publishing printing problems

Question

A friend of mine MS Publisher will not print after updating to Windows 10. While in AZ this winter a computer friend came over and did something and it worked but when she got back to Oregon using the same laptop and printer it now will not print.
ANY IDEAS where she should look or do?

Which version of Publisher are you using? Can you describe the error when you try to print?

Did she also move the network? Maybe the printer is no longer connected to the PC.

Try disconnecting the printer from the network and then reconnecting. Occasionally I have to turn my wireless printer off and on.
